Fulfilment Duration

Every Cozyn piece is made to order — nothing is pulled off a shelf. That means we start printing and producing your item only after you place your order, which is what lets us keep quality high and avoid overproducing. Here's exactly what that means for timing:

Processing time: 2–5 business days
This is the time it takes our production team to print, cut, sew, and quality-check your item before it ever leaves the facility. Business days only — weekends and holidays don't count, and the day you order isn't counted as day one.

US shipping time: 3–4 business days
Once your order is fulfilled, it's handed off to the carrier. Domestic US orders typically arrive within 3–4 business days of shipping.

Estimated total delivery: 5–9 business days
From the moment you check out to the moment it's on your doorstep, most US orders land within this window. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your item leaves the facility, so you can follow it the whole way.

Please note: these are estimates based on typical processing and shipping times, not guarantees. Occasionally, high order volume, holidays, or carrier delays can push things slightly past this window — if that happens, reach out to us and we'll track it down for you.

Free Shipping

Orders of $100 or more ship free, automatically, at checkout. No code needed — just add $100 in items to your cart and shipping will show as free before you pay.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. If something isn't right — wrong size, a defect, or it's just not what you expected — reach out to us at hello@cozyn.co and we'll walk you through the process.

A few quick things to know:

• Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
• Since every item is made to order specifically for you, please double check your size against our size guide before ordering — this helps us avoid unnecessary returns and keep waste down
• Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item
